FASHION SHOW “IDENTITY RACEFUSION” A SUCCESS
As you may know we have been preparing the fashion show that we presented on the 3rd of December here in Corrientes. The show was focused on the women of Africa, revealing the beauty and value within each of them and their cultures. The clothing line ‘RaceFusion’ has been formed with the vision to redeem the world of fashion with Godly values and principles, discipling and influencing the various areas.
Our models were missionaries from the Youth With A Mission as well as friends of the Mission’, they all spent a lot of time practising and making sure everything turned out well. Each item of clothing and it’s detail was designed my Hakamiah Galeano. It took a lot of work to make this all a reality but we are so thankful to God for making it possible, every effort was worth it! The people who attended the show seemed to really enjoy it and were impacted by God’s heart for the nations which we showed in a creative way.
All the funds that were raised by selling the clothes and accessories will go towards the missions trip that Hakamiah will be taking together with the “Different Kind of Christmas” team who are travelling to Milange -Mozambique this week. The team will be blessing the women there, working alongside the Gomez Family who are Argentine doctors living in Milange.
